Hello, we have been ordered the Piwis tester II for one year ago (order number 2016071522553511) and it’s been working very well up until a few days ago when the interface started to fail to connect sometimes. We couldn’t send it off to repair because Piwis tester 2 would take too long so we took the end cover off and found the data cable from the port was cut.
